In the words of a fourth grader, a leader is someone who “goes out and changes things to make things better.” In this column, Peter explains how the Bush Foundation plans to be a catalytic leader to do exactly that: change things and make things better. |

Upcoming Deadlines
|
| |
For the rest of 2008, the Bush Foundation is focused on transitioning to our new strategy. That doesn’t mean activities are standing still. Payments for existing grants continue to leave the Foundation monthly. Thus far in 2008 the Foundation has paid $23.8 million toward existing grants. As a reminder, the preliminary proposal deadline for RADP II is November 17.
