Since its formation in 1953, the Bush Foundation has provided more than $800 million in grants and fellowships to improve the well-being of people, primarily in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Highlighted below are a number of program areas the Foundation has supported. Funding by Bush in these focus areas has contributed significantly toward the advancement of these fields.
